Risotto is already so difficult to make in the first place, surely, you cannot possibly reheat it! How can you hope to not ruin it?

To reheat risotto in the oven, follow these steps: 

  1. Lightly grease the bottom of a shallow, oven safe dish.  
  2. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.  
  3. Place your risotto in the dish in a single, thin layer and pour a couple of tablespoons of broth over the risotto, gently stirring it in.  
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil to trap heat.  
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes, stirring and adding a bit more broth at the halfway point.
