From there, all you have to do is set the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. After that you’ll leave the sliced brisket cooking for about 35 minutes, give or take. You’ll know it’s ready when the internal temperature is between 140 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

If you’d like to use this method, heat your grill to a temperature of 225. You’ll also want to use a 2-zone setup, so all the heat is coming from one side of the grill, and the other side has no direct heat.  

Next, make sure the brisket is wrapped in aluminum foil and place it in the indirect heat. It will cook here for the bulk of the grilling time. You’ll know it is ready once the internal temperature is 155 degrees Fahrenheit.  

After that remove the foil and put your brisket in the direct heat until it’s internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit. This step should take between 5 and 10 minutes.  

How to Reheat Brisket in a Toaster Oven 

A toaster oven can be a great option for reheating your brisket that will prevent it from becoming too dry. Toaster ovens will also take much less time than a conventional oven, which can be appealing when you’re hungry! 

Just like with a standard oven, start by ensuring your brisket is room temperature before heating it up. This will ensure that it is evenly reheated.
